Whether you are staying in our Coblentz Inn Boutique Hotel, in Port of Spain for a daytrip, or part of the local fabric; join us for premium Trinidadian Fine Dining at our in-house gourmet restaurant, Battimamzelle. Named for the battimamzelle, a beautiful, exotic dragonfly native to Port of Spain, our restaurant features international epicurean cuisine with a distinctive Caribbean twist.

Our always-evolving, rotating menu generally includes a choice of at least three shareable starters, three featured entrees and three delectable desserts. These luscious specialties are prepared by well-known local chefs whose culinary skill is evident in the creation of dishes such as Escargots with Sautéed Field Mushrooms, Guava Bar-B-Que Kingfish or Carpaccio, which is roasted beet and Arabian dates stuffed with goat cheese, served with beans, nuts and a passion fruit, mango and beet puree.

Battimamzelle offers a semi-formal setting with a pleasant ambiance; our vibrant restaurant is adorned with bright Caribbean blues and sunshine yellow, stained glass accents and wrought-iron battimamzelles. Evening diners will enjoy our peaceful garden area with relaxing waterfall. Our wait-staff is highly knowledgeable, friendly and attentive; and we have a local reputation for quick, courteous service.

Breakfast from 6.30 – 10.30 AM
Lunch from 11.00 AM – 3.00 PM
and dinner from 6.00 – 10.30 P
